Withdrawal Terms & Conditions:

• Managing multiple accounts

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Attempting to breach platform security
• Harassment or abuse of other members
• Unauthorized use of BD9999's brand or logo
• Submitting withdrawal claims with false information

BD9999 may close an account either at its own discretion or upon a member's request. The policy on refunding the remaining balance varies depending on the reason and circumstances of the closure.

BD9999 may close an account if:

• Proven to have registered using false information
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 6 months)
• By order of a regulatory authority
• In the event of an account holder's death

If a member wishes to close their own account:

Contact our support team. Before submitting your request, ensure all active bets have been settled. Any remaining valid balance will be refunded after the account is closed.

• If a game or bet is interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• In cases of delays caused by bank or mobile payment system errors
• In the event of service disruption due to natural disaster or force majeure
• For errors caused by third-party software
• In the event of a cyberattack

BD9999 bears limited liability for direct losses. BD9999 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
